Standing out isn’t easy, but at Poke Express, we focus on what matters:
fresh, authentic poke made the right way.

We’ve been part of the community since 2010, starting on Craig Road, expanding to
Stephanie in 2015, and opening our newest location in Summerlin in December 2023.

What makes us different? We don’t do pre-made bowls. We serve our poke by the pound,
so you can get exactly what you want, however much you’re craving.

Our Ohana is proud to bring the flavors and spirit of Hawaii to Las Vegas every day of the week.
